Definition
MKC SEAL produces high-precision T-type oil seals engineered for versatile rotating shaft sealing. This premium double-lip lineage spans an extensive catalog of industrial and automotive profiles—including standard configurations (TC, TB, TF, TG, TA), hydrodynamic wave-lip designs (TC4, TB4, TG4), high-pressure resistant variants (TCV, TCN, TCZ, TCNA), and specialized industrial derivatives (TBY, TC9Y, TBG). Featuring tailored outer casings paired with a spring-loaded primary lip, these structures deliver consistent radial tension and superior dust-shielding to maintain reliable dynamic sealing under the toughest working environments.
Applications
T-type oil seals are widely used in gearboxes, electric motors, hydraulic pumps, automotive components and general industrial machinery. They deliver effective oil retention and dust shielding, suitable for regular medium-speed rotary working conditions without heavy vibration.
Selection Guide
Determine dimensions by shaft diameter, housing bore and seal width to match equipment grooves. Confirm operating temperature, rotating speed, lubricant medium and working pressure in advance. MKC can recommend suitable materials including NBR, HNBR, ACM, VMQ, FKM and EPDM based on your actual working environment.
Materials
Multiple rubber compounds are available for T series seals. Cost-effective NBR for general oil resistance, heat-resistant HNBR & ACM, wide-temperature VMQ, chemically inert FKM and weather-proof EPDM, covering most conventional industrial sealing scenarios.
